As O’neil (2006) said “Culture is the full range of learned human behavior patterns”. Basically Culture is made from the indigenous people who lived in their certain area.There are two aspects that become the main things for creating culture. People and Place will make a dependence on each other. People will always adapting of where they live, otherwise the place will influence of how people live and survive in that area. As O’neil (2006) said “Culture is a powerful human tool for survival, but it is a fragile phenomenon”. That illustrates that culture is the main base of each human behavior. However the process of making culture doesn’t just stop at those points.
One of important part that also contributes in the making of culture is Diaspora. Since Christopher Columbus proved that the earth is round, it was ensuring people more and more to do migration and colonialism. People would discover the new land and some of them would stay otherwise they would go back.
A sense of Diaspora would influence the basic culture, moreover it would become the process of making the new culture.
Nowadays the senses of Diaspora still have a big influence of how culture is made from. For instance in the era of globalization there are many global companies and have their expatriate those usually become a role model for local worker, as a result the expatriate will change the old of work culture become the new one. This is the superiority of Diaspora.
